Help update
Added 2020-03-24 04:33:07 +0000 UTCHey guys so my iphone *I use to record* said it ran out of memory and now It will not turn on. I keep trying to reset it but it won't work.
Update I ended up having to factory reset my phone. Thankfully my phone messed up right before I was getting ready to record.
I’m going to record my Prison School and Grand Blue reaction I need to cheer myself up. I’m glad I didn’t record anything before my phone decided to crash or else I would of been devastated 😫 > I won’t sleep until those get uploaded 😤 not letting this bad day bring me down

2020-03-25 16:20:18 +0000 UTCMy android shoots 4k 60fps. iPhone sheep love to pretend they're on superior hardware, like all Android phones are like the budget ones.

2020-03-25 04:22:33 +0000 UTCNice to hear that you got some of your pictures back! If most of your 500 GB are apps than the 50 GB should be enough for you, but if you mainly use your memory for Videos and Photos than you probably need more space. There are some different ways to backup your storage without using iCloud. You could use a Network attached storage to automatically transfer your Videos/Pictures for example but the easiest way would be to use iCloud.. Just make sure you made the right adjustments and activated the transfer of your Images. You don't want to lose your memories again.

2020-03-24 23:27:09 +0000 UTCI learned my lesson and now bought a cloud subscription that has 50gb. I really should of had everything saved to the cloud before. But yeah when I logged into my iTunes it did save some cloud data

2020-03-24 20:57:39 +0000 UTCI use that webcam for live-streaming actually. But I don’t think the quality is that clear for a full screen image though

2020-03-24 19:25:58 +0000 UTCI tried the update and it gave me an error code. My iCloud did have a decent amount of old photos saved though from December 2018-October 2019 which wasn’t so bad

2020-03-24 11:19:02 +0000 UTCHere is the official solution to this problem. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201412 There are some unofficial tools you could try but I recommend trying this first. Edit: Read your "Update". Sorry for being this late, but there where still many things you could have tried before making a "factory reset".. Do you remember if you where logged in to iCloud? It's hard to not activate it if you configure a new iPhone because you can use the same login as for the App Store. So check the Settings. iCloud normally backups your phone every day. Even the free plan (5GB) should be enough to restore all your Apps including saves since apps are only saved as a reference. (Excluding images/Videos..) I'm not sure if you made the right configurations but you can check at least. (iCloud -> iCloud-Backup -> Last successful Backup)

2020-03-24 07:13:16 +0000 UTCIf you choose the update option it won't erase but if you choose the restore option it will. Update is the last ditch option you can take.

2020-03-24 05:31:28 +0000 UTCHappened to me before once.if a hard reset doesn’t work, start iTunes connect your phone to the computer, hold the power and volume down button until you go into recovery mode, then you’ll get a prompt on iTunes then you can choose to reinstall iOS or restore it if you’ve already made a backup.

2020-03-24 04:36:40 +0000 UTCWell it is the xS plus so it has a nice camera. switched because it had better quality than my camera and 500gb of memory. I never had issues with it

2020-03-24 04:35:10 +0000 UTCYou might have to put it in recovery mode then restore iOS “Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home button for at least 10 seconds, don't release them when you see the Apple logo, keep holding the buttons down until you see the recovery mode screen. You should be asked if you want to Restore or Update your iPhone.” That’s what google says
