2020-02-05 14:55:11 +0000 UTCYeah and aside the sound "U" there is no word finishing with a vowel so with Ultear it sound "Oultilu" and the last vowel is almost not pronounced. Like "Gray" sound "Guley" because the sound "Gr" doesnt really exist in japanese. Whenever its happening they add an "u" almost mute.

2020-02-05 10:44:43 +0000 UTCAll it is is the "L" is pronounced "Ru" in Japanese. As an English speaker, however, you'd just say "L", especially, since Fairy Tail is based off of Western (primarily Celtic) lore, anyway.
