@Dennis Jung. There is criticism and there is whining. You guys chose to do the latter. You all sound like some drug addicts not getting their stuff in time. Yes she made a mistake which is pretty human like (especially if we assume that its not her main work) and shouldnt have made a schedule in the first place if u ask me. But still no reason to cry, insult and even threaten her to cancel you membership. Since money is involved people like to compare her to some kind of company but this isnt how patreon works. For just 1$ u get a lot of stuff here. I at least dont know anyone who even offers anything for 1$, usually its starts at like 5$ maybe. If you cant handle some simply little delays ( and we are talking about something like 1 day delay lol) or disorganization (especially during winter time with all these holidays) you are wiser to choose a patreon for min. 15€ then, its simple as that. I use these schedules just for orientation. If its there in time cool, if not and its uploaded a little bit later fine as well, my life doesnt depend on it. Yes, generally when arguments are made, allusions are drawn to other areas to help elucidate how nonsensical some scenarios are. To go back to the restaurant example. You should realize traveling chefs exist. They are singular people who travel the world working in various places. These traveling chefs don’t have hundreds of people sitting around waiting for them to prepare meals. They serve the number of people they can accommodate. Now sometimes, a chef decides she wants to serve more people. What does she do? She hires more people to work with her so that she can meet demand. You are absolutely right that a restaurant has many people all working different positions, such that customers receive excellent and timely services. The same can be applied here. If this is too much editing, hire someone else to share the workload. If you don’t want to hire someone else, then reduce the workload. If you can’t do two Bleach videos a week, don’t promise two. This isn’t rocket science.

Bleach is always delayed not to mention it's not 2 times a week but only 1. Jojo is also always delayed and this week we didn't get jojo at all. SDS just like bleach is only said to be twice a week while in reality it's once. That's why people are complaining lol

You literally have to be paying to even be commenting here; that’s a membership. This would be “support” if she made the videos for free such that anyone could access them at any point, and then donate IF THEY CHOOSE to do so. But to be able to watch these, you have to pay up front. It doesn’t matter what you want to call it to make it sound less transactional; that’s what it is. Are some comments here borderline abusive? Yes. Are some people overzealous? Yes. Do they have a right to criticize the person providing a service they’re paying for? The answer is also yes. I legitimately cannot fathom how “LOL XD YOURE MAD BECAUSE YOU PAY FOR THING BUT DONT GET THING” is some kind of counter. It isn’t. It betrays a profound lack of understanding of how basic economics and social contracts work. I pray that in real life, which is higher stakes, you don’t let service providers walk over you like that. factoring in delays and missed uploads we are getting even less than before. and no, we are not getting twice the content, since the schedule changed we are getting 2 episodes per upload "2 times a week", before we used to get in avg 3, sometimes we got 4

Yes. It's about managing expectations. People need to be able to rely on information. Delays due to unforseen circumstances are one thing but repeatedly telling people "I promise you will get it by x" and then not doing it, over and over again, is a really bad practice. After constant delays for months now the best you might say is that she's trying and is putting too much on her plate. But you can't set people up and then leave them in the dust time and time again. Managing expectations is important.

Ever break a toy as a kid? No really, think about it, when you were younger did you ever destroy one of your toys out of anger or frustration and if you did, how did you feel afterwords?
