Maybe he's just not causing much of a ruckus and has been chilling/partying but even if that was the case he should at least crack 5 Billion.

I dont read the manga at all but I do remember in the thriller bark arc moria was talking about how he lost his crewmates in the past to Kaido when he tried to fight him. when he said it while talking to Kuma he made a scared face because he remembered the trauma of losing his crew. he knew that going to Blackbeard's island was dangerous but he did it anyway because he wanted to save Absalom. the only reason he creates zombies to be members of his crew is because he wont feel pain or loss from losing them since he can just bring them back by reanimating them over and over. plus since they are undead and cant feel pain when they fight there's no need for moria doesnt have to fear the idea of them getting hurt or losing them

I think it was the governor of south Carolina who put a bounty of 100 pounds on him. If you convert 100 pounds from back than into what it would be worth today, than convert that number into ten, than add a couple of extra zeros at the end you get a number that's really close to blackbeard's bounty.

2020-01-12 18:10:40 +0000 UTCI'd argue that Doflamingo is even more evil than Blackbeard is; after all, we have seen Doffy fucking up some random civilians, slashing them up etc for not being as twisted scum as he himself is. Blackbeard is more of the "don't give a shit" types of guys, and is quite highly efficient and a good planner (dude planned his ascension to Yonko status after all from BEFORE he joined Whitebeard's crew, and executed it ALMOST FLAWLESSLY, with a bit of Luck mixed in) in the greater scheme of things. Even though he is seemingly the only D to be afraid of dying, his skills and Will surely are proof enough that he is worthy of the letter, after all.

Moria was with him all this time. Remember that Doflamingo said that he couldn't kill him because he suddenly disappeared. Absalom went to Marineford to rescue Moria :)

Act 1 is short, Act 2 is little longer, Act 3 probably will be the longest and Act 4 might be the same as act 2 and 5 the same as Act 1 because I believe Act 4 to be the conclusion of the fights and such and Act 5 to be the partying and leaving the country. By the way, manga just started Act 3, so all I said is all speculation and guesses

2020-01-12 12:36:49 +0000 UTCthe way you felt about knowing Moria is alive, is how i feel about Doflamingo, can't wait until he's dead. probably one of the most evil characters i've ever seen in an anime. moria i think is fine. i didn't like thriller bark so that kinda affects it. it is the first time you see his BB's bounty. we saw him before when luffy "fifth emperor" stuff, "it's too soon for you to be called an emperor." during pre TS doflamingo i think talks to Nobles and says "Moria just disappeared" i always assumed Absalom saved him somehow. also i don't remember if it was a cover of a manga page or actually in a chapter/episode but you see him, absalom and dr hogback on a raft (unless I imagined it.)
