2020-01-11 11:29:58 +0000 UTCThe first few episodes are more of an introduction to the world and the characters and a little bit of setup for later arcs. A bit of filler is thrown in too, so it seems like Natsu just uses the same 3 moves a lot at the beginning because that was all that was shown in the intro. The first real arc is about to begin though so it will get more interesting from here, all the characters will many more moves, battles will get better and the story improves quite a bit.

Sure he could take these quests but I dont think masters even do any quests, they only lead and represent the guild. So there are still 2 unknown Fairy Tail S-class mages. But yes theoretically 6 people in Fairy Tail are able to take S-Class quests. The Master + 5 S-Class mages.

And Mirajane said that only 5 Fairy Tail wizards in total (Erza, Laxus, Mystogan + ? + ? ) are allowed to take a S Rank mission. And as a fun fact Mirajane came down from that very second floor at the end^^
