Kid is only the second supernova to have this ability. Go at 6:50 of your reaction if you want to hear kaido confirming it. Sorry for my poor english 😅

2020-01-05 06:35:41 +0000 UTCWhen Shanks and Whitebeard met that one time we saw the clouds above them sorta parting like they were being affected by the two of them. Really powerful people might have an affect on the weather like that but it wouldn't be anything like controlling lightning or anything. It would just be visual things. I think Kaido's electric dragon looking thing is probably similar to Luffy's King Cobra where it shows a Cobra effect but its not actually anything physical :s
