When you’re inside a wave, the golden sun mix with the blue water and it create an emerald green water. You’re in California, the next time you go to the beach and you see a surfer. Ask them about the green room and they’ll tell you all about it. Luffy just did a Rosinante smiling face. When Mama want nuts, you do not get in her way. Supposedly, Katakuri's entire design, the way he dresses, the future-seeing, predicting what people say, it's all inspired by Joseph Joestar out of Oda's admiration, and his voice actor is the same as Joseph's at Oda's request. Supposedly.

that is a fair opinion i didnt rly enjoy whole cake island arc much either. i think luffy vs katakuri was super popular due to the following reasons imo ofc: 1. katakuri is a fanfav almost instantly 2. its the first time luffy will be fighting an 1v1 against someone of this caliber. like against doffy that was barely a 1v1. there were too many interferences. but this fight they literally dropped them in a realm where they cant get interrupted...by important ppl ofc lol. 3. luffy and katakuri had similar abilities so it almost seems as if its luffy vs a darker and better version of himself. one reason i think the fight dragged on alot was first to show the difference in ability between these two. just how much a gap there is. for so many ep straight luffy couldnt even land a scratch on the man. even the moments where we think hes about to do something he couldnt. and ofc it was to build up hype for you know what. overall it was def drawn out a bit much but i think it was the one thing that made me enjoy whole cake just a bit more

imho this fight is rather boring and drawn-out. Someone said this might be the best fight in whole OP....maybe its an unpopular opinion but i think every single one of the old ones like enies lobby , arlong park , skypiea and a hundred more fights were way better than this one....but the whole arc was underwhelming imho ....except for pudding and brook ...the whole sanji thing was like robin and CP9 all over

You gotta understand that Katakuri doesn't make predictions. He sees the actual future. What he sees will 100% happen unless he intervenes. The times you think he's gotten it "wrong" are the times when he wasn't fast nor close enough to do anything about it.

It seems that whoever's editing these videos for you to avoid spoilers dropped the ball this round, as by cutting out everything prior to the title card they also cut out key portions of the fight which took place even before the opening credits. For example, episode 852 continued immediately after the cliffhanger of episode 851 with Luffy coming at Katakuri with a single Thor Elephant Gun and Katakuri countering it with his Mochi-supercharged version. The last three episodes of this reaction had those similar moments, Fortunately it doesn't seem to do that again for a good while, but your people might need to watch a little more closely to what they cut out, particularly around episode 869 when it definitely happens again.
