Basically since Zeus and Prometheus are basically parts of Big Mom's soul tied to X thing, they inherit her main trait, i.e Gluttony. This is why Zeus thinks with his "stomach" instead of obeying Big Mom instantly, as he's as much of a slave of his Hunger as Big Mom is.

I assume the Giant Clan is basically mutant humans originally? Could be that the Kingdom the WG wiped out could have done shit back in the day, as I think it's implied that they either created the Devil Fruit stuff, or at least had mastered Bloodline Elements. If they DID master Bloodline Elements, it's not unfeasible for the Giants to be created, for whatever reasons (maybe the people of that Kingdom would have simply been allowed to customize their bodies etc at will, to whatever form they themselves desired to be so?)

It’s amazing how five sticks of dynamite from the Tamatebako can destroy the base of that giant chateau. When Pekoms used like 20 sticks against Tamago, it only destroyed a small section of the castle. What are in those Fishman dynamite? Nitroglycerin, napalm, thermite, combination of all three? Chopper is a doctor and he’s eating all that sweet, shouldn’t he know better. Jamie, Nami’s Clima-Tact now can extend and if she can get a cloud that you can ride on under her control. So I saw your post that you'll be releasing the video for episodes 847-850 later today (can hardly wait). From there it'll get harder and harder to find good stopping points for obvious reasons. You could watch through to 854 and make it the usual 4-episode video. However, the end of episode 855 feels more like an ending. On the other hand, if you're willing to push the recording session that far, 856 is perhaps the best place to end that particular reaction. So to reiterate, episode 856 is the best place to end the next reaction, but you could end it just as easily on 855 instead. Until then I'll be eagerly awaiting your next OP and Wolf Children reactions.

I believe I've said it before, but I truly believe that Big Mom is a victim of early experiments (possibly performed by Dr Vegapunk) which turned her into the huge, monstrously strong beast she is today. If you recall, Caesar himself said that others had tried and failed to turn people into giants before him, so what if Big Mom was one of those early attempts? That would mean that her Hunger Pang attacks and that thing that occurred during her tragic birthday all those years ago could well be side effects of the process that made her big and strong, like a junkie going through withdrawal. After all, I don't think that she would consciously seek to hurt a member of her family unless they did something she perceived as betraying her (like Lola turning down the prince of Elbaf's proposal, which ruined her attempts to reunite with the giants.)
