Jojo delay
Added 2019-09-21 07:28:58 +0000 UTCHey guys just letting you know I am still trying to convert the jojo files from mkv to mp4 and I am having issues with the subtitles not transferring... ughhh... I am getting help right now but if any of you know converters that can work with transferring subtitles because that is my main issue. And I can't edit the video in its current file format.

2019-09-21 20:45:22 +0000 UTCWould it work for you if I link a folder with MP4 files of the episodes?
2019-09-21 17:50:24 +0000 UTCWell this series is good and once someone gets into it, it is hard to stop.

2019-09-21 08:18:58 +0000 UTCI think premiere pro has issues with mkv's if that's what she uses.

2019-09-21 08:17:09 +0000 UTCOh i forgot to mention make sure you use the H.264 Nvidia NVEnc option for video codec to render it way faster.

2019-09-21 08:09:28 +0000 UTCI thought it might be something like that. Glad I went to sleep last night then. No worries. It takes time, then it takes time. No getting around that.

2019-09-21 08:05:16 +0000 UTCCant you just keep it as mkv? Why has it to be an mp4 file? Would be less work for you too then

2019-09-21 08:02:52 +0000 UTCYeah I thought it would convert nicely but it is a weird file format I can watch it but can’t use for editing.

2019-09-21 08:01:57 +0000 UTCI hope it hasn't been too much trouble! I didn't realise you didn't have a work around for the subs...

2019-09-21 07:45:52 +0000 UTCIf you're using Handbreak, maybe try this method: https://www.epinionated.net/handbrake-burn-in-subtitles-mkv-mp4-apple-tv/
2019-09-21 07:42:16 +0000 UTCgo to the subtitles tab, select the right sub track and check the burn in box.

2019-09-21 07:36:24 +0000 UTCI use handbrake to hardcode subtitles personally, but I don't know what your set up is like or how you're doing it.
