And that king conference the Levely (Reverie?) has already been introduced way back during Drum Island. Dalton reminisced about when he first met Vivi at the conference.

2019-08-13 17:32:56 +0000 UTCI think you're right, that Momo is one of the Ancient Weapons that has the power to potentially destroy the world (or at least the World Government (which is what the heads of the Celestial Dragons are likely most afraid of. ) That's probably why they wanted to apprehend Nico Robin, so they can identify and eliminate those that which pose a threat to their 300 year-long rule.

It's likely some kind of mind control having been used on him, so that he can't disobey any potential orders given by the warden or w/e was probably assigned to it (I assume it would have a warden, considering it CAN be given more orders than the default "walk forward" order)

For this arc you get the half of the Straw Hats that separated from Dressrosa, so get ready not to see Zoro, Franky, Robin, or Usopp again for a while.
