It's opposite logic. Just say you like it this way; that's all that matters. Let people cry and complain over which is superior on their own time.

Once you've seen One Piece, Fairy Tail just kinda seems like an empty shell of a narrative, and this is coming from someone that used to be seriously into Fairy Tail. I want to suggest Gintama, though I don't know if it's really Jamie's style. I'm curious if she's seen Avatar: The Last Airbender yet.

2019-06-05 10:05:47 +0000 UTCIn Japanese, "Ishval" can sound like "Ishbal", but "Ishval" or "Ishvalen" is correct, since the name is visible on the map in the manga and anime, so that's a translation error in the subs. Funnily enough, they do write in the subtitles that their god is called "Ishvala" in this episode, but continue to call the people "Ishbalen" and the citiy "Ishbal".

2019-06-05 07:23:19 +0000 UTCI don't understand the idea that non English speakers won't understand the dub. 1) How do they understand your English reactions then? 2) They should already know the show, and just be watching for your reactions anyway. Also, once again, the vast majority of people threatening to leave for your choice of dub or sub were sub fans.
