Hey Jamie, just to clear up a little translation issue. You were right the cow's name (as given by Luffy) is Ucy. Which is funny because in they Colosseum they were Ucy and Lucy. It goes a little deeper since Ushi means cow in Japanese. So with the translation in the last episode they tried to translate that joke to Moocy and Lucy. Also Law's manner of speech is that he adds -ya to all names. Sometimes it gets translated as Strawhatter or Long noser and sometimes it doesn't. Depends on the group that translated the episode.

I don't think that's proof that he foreshadowed it so early in the series. I think that's just Oda being creative playing with the material he already created. Oda probably didn't even know there was going to be a third brother. After he created Sabo he thought the same thing we all thought of and played ace's tattoo off as if it was meant for Sabo. So the tattoo may be indeed the reason why Sabo is actually called Sabo. Either way Oda really is amazing if it comes to connect things which happened or were first introduced long long ago. Oda's attention to detail, even the smallest of details, is just great. Btw: There is a rumor going around that one of his artist just misspelled ace and since it's a tattoo he couldn't just erase it so he crossed it out as joke. ;)

imma say this now you not being able to say a characters name right after the voice actors say it is really stupid you for whatever reason try to sound the name out when you already know how it pronounced because the just fucking said it and im not talking about what you said in this video referring to basically all of them where you try to sound out a name that was just said just repeat what they said for gods sake if this was a manga then id understand but its a anime and they say it im not really that angry but it just gets really annoying when you do this
