When you click the play button & it takes you to the black screen with the blue Download button on it, look in the upper right corner of the screen. There should be a triangle-shaped icon with a plus sign. Click it to add the video to Google Drive. Next, go to Google drive, find the video, right click on it & then click Make a Copy. Next, right click on the copy you made & click Download & follow the instructions from there.

The beginning of EP 0 plays the end of the final battle in Strong World and then the rest plays out like a flashback. By watching EP 0 after Strong World it allows you to re-contextualize what you saw in strong world. The people telling you to watch EP 0 first want you to know the villains backstory before you meet him in the movie.

that kinda works but i kinda think watching episode 0 after the movie kinda makes the movie more meaningful. at least that's my opinion. the "trailer" part make it better if watched and when you do it feels like even though its backstory its technically a continuation of the movie. but either way she'll probably enjoy it.

With Strong World and Ep0 it doesn't really matter. The people saying it spoilers stuff are kinda correct, since the first couple minutes of Ep0 is like a trailer for the movie, showing scenes from it - but you can skip that initial part and it'd be completely fine. You can also watch it after the movie itself, since there's nothing in it you need to know for the movie, it's mainly backstory stuff showing scenes with many One Piece characters 20 years ago, including the main villain. Personally I'd say just watch Ep0 first, but skip the first "movie trailer" part of it, then go into the movie. You'll probably enjoy the movie more if you know more about the villain going in.

You should wait to watch the opening atleast after episode 601. There is one more spoiler after that but it is in one frame of the opening. But if you want to be 100% safe from spoilers in the opening you should watch it after episode 611. Great reactions as usual!

Episode 0 gives away the main villain for strong world.i would watch strong world . You can still watch episode 0 later for more of a back story. At the end of the day it your choice.

This is not very relevant to the anime but rather to your mentioning of caffeine withdrawal...caffeine actually has medical applications of treating headaches. It helps restricting blood vessels and blood flow so it doesn't apply pressures to surrounding tissues. This is one of the reasons why a lot of the headache pills have caffeine as its main component. Like your reaction video like always! :) I was getting upset like Chopper at the narcotic part when I first watched it too.
