Cowboy Bebop is still on just less frequent uploads. But Neverland and Bleach kept getting taken down so she's holding off on those for the time being. Hopefully it gets resolved eventually because she was just getting to the good part of Bleach.

Ideally you could both stream it and release a recording, though you may need to get that new computer you talked of first. Either way I look forward to your watching it; it's like watching One Piece with a friend. Albeit a friend who thinks of me as a group, and who is functionally deaf while watching. It is also worth noting that the main benefit of streaming is instant viewer feedback/interaction, which is exceedingly dangerous or not feasible when you are reacting to fresh content.

I think it would be better if you recorded it, mostly cause not everyone will be able to join the livestream at the same time since you have patreons from all over the world. Also, I am surprised with the amount of people who have not seen episode 0. Although it'a short, it's awesome!

Yeah episodes 574-578 are the anime tie ins to Film Z and happen before Punk Hazard, so I'd say she'd be fine watching it before Punk Hazard. There's only one bit of information she'd learn from the film that she'd otherwise learn during punk hazard but I don't think it's worth delaying the movie over.

There's also the 4 anime episodes that tie to the movie (426-429). I wouldn't really say they're required, but having a reaction to those 4 episodes, followed by episode 0 as one reaction, and then a separate reaction that's Strong World wouldn't be terrible. Would let her have two days worth of one piece content out of it that way too. :P

You should watch episode 0 first before Strong World. It's a prologue for the movie and it's also like a prequel for the entire series overall

Regarding 3D2Y, you shouldn’t watch it before watching episode 670 or something like that. However, if you don’t want to get spoiled just don’t watch the ending credit of the movie if you will watch it soon. So either watch it now without watching the ending or wait until episode 670 and watch it including the ending credit

Episode 0 is not on the Strong World Blu-ray. There's only been 3000 copies released in Japan, and none world wide. However it's been uploaded to YouTube for two years.

Just record and react to it just like you would any other regular episode. Posty mostly unedited version here on patreon, and then the cut version on YouTube. A livestream with just complicate things. You get distracted by people and you might get some of those mean-spirited people that spoil stuff

Definitely record. Just saying your own thought on a scene can cause you to talk over another important thing (Not a criticism, just a fact of all reaction videos) so any interaction with viewers would just make that worse. Looking forward to Strong World (And Punk Hazard) :)
