That makes sense and is fine. People sub for their own reasons expecting videos out on here before youtube but this just isn't always possible due to as you stated the larger file sizes.

Signing up for someone's patreon doesn't give you entitlement. These people need to stop with the negativity. IMO, if they dont stop, just block them; I'll be more than willing contribute to you than their $1 subs.

Entitlement is an ugly personality trait. She didn't promise you a thing but you signed up of your own free will. Stick to youtube if you cant take it. I will say there is one poster here and in the last reaction topic that is far and away the worst...not hard to figure out who.

Personally, the YouTube reaction coming out before the patreon reactions doesn't really matter to me because of the time difference often both are already available. Still I don't get why people still get very negative about it because nowhere has it been stated by the different pledges that the patreon reactions will be out before the youtube ones, the only advantages got is the full reactions and the other anime reactions that are not on youtube, and other stuff mentioned which I am sure people who become patreons notice when supporting :/ Still I appreciate the reactions released a lot, true that sometimes they are out of schedule however I enjoy how genuine and fun the reactions are, and the pace at which the episodes are released are admirable. On another note, I saw the One Piece schedule for the rest of water 7 arc episodes. Please watch episode 316 on Saturday with the rest of 313-315 because it fits nicely with them and is un-related with following episodes xD !!

Kinda feels like, "I'll just upload a less edited version hours later"... Not a Patreon exclusive experience. At least make sure Patreon content is up before Youtube. If Youtube uploads so fast, it shouldn't be a problem to just upload it to YT after the Patreon upload is finished. Just seems like common sense since people are literally paying. Doesn't feel good as a consumer

Yeah, I saw the schedule and was excited. I am subbed to two other anime react channels on Patreon, and they adhere to a much crazier schedule, 3 episodes of different anime everyday. And they are up on time everyday. I kinda expect more from a paid service. Idk if I'll stay. Kind feels like a waste compared to my other channels. Sorry, just giving feedback.

For every person you explain this to, another new person will join who will complain about the same thing. A new person coming in is going to see the Youtube video, come to watch the full version and see that they can't. Sure, a person may read this type of post and try to be more patient, but someone else will complain without reading it at all. You say "I shouldn't have to keep explaining this," but the reality is, you could put a 5 minute message to the start of every video about this, and you'll probably still see complaints about the same exact thing. Your options are either to (1) fix whatever they are complaining about or (2) ignore them entirely.

I think this issue will always be there but not surprising since Youtubers go through similar issues. I think there is a divide on how serious we should treat SMF schedule on uploading and which audience deserve the video first, the Patreon or Youtube.

My only "complaint" would be the time zone issue. Most reactions are posted around 11:30pm or later EST. So I just download and watch the next day. It all works out. :)

I think the majority of the negativity just comes from the fact that you don't upload on time according to schedule in general. If it was just the yt vid going up a few hours before the patreon, while still both on time, I doubt people would be hating so hard. There has yet to be a single week you have fully adhered to your schedule for episodes, and obviously that irritation is boiling over to the rest of the complaints. It doesn't affect me so much as a "I have to watch this right at this moment" as opposed to just feeling disrespected in general that you think you can give a half assed excuse every time you mismanage your time and think we'll just gobble that shit up and say "ok!"

It's common sense really. We all need to learn to be patient and appreciate the fact that you're even doing two uploads. Most reactors don't even do an unedited version for their viewers. You're going out your way to upload on YouTube and on Patreon. The majority of us appreciate what you're doing so lets just hope the minority will figure it all out soon.
