I think in that case you choose a service that makes it a monthly payment (preferably at the end of the month), where you only pay in small increments and there are no binding contracts. But yeah, vimeo would be bad, cause I believe that's a one-time payment of $99 for a year.

I dunno if google drive was ps4 friendly because by the time I tried it was over the viewing limit. I do know dailymotion worked but we cant use that one. The best one was still vimeo. It was pretty flawless. The problem with paying for the upgrade anywhere is what if they take down the videos and close your account then you lose that money for nothing otherwise I'd send you the money outright so we could continue without flip flopping between services.

So regarding openings, first thing I wanna say is I'm glad you liked it. If you love the openings and endings in One Piece, you should check out the funimation dub, cause the first 206 episodes, funimation dubbed them (and did a pretty good job too!) I'm sure you'll love them! Second thing I wanna mention however, is spoilers. You see, that opening you just reacted to pretty much had no spoilers (and only just hinted at Robin's backstory). But unfortunately, all the openings going forward do have actual spoilers, and very spoilery. The next opening in particular, I would strongly advise you to not watch it, since it is filled with scenes that haven't taken place yet, that spoil key plot points of the current arc at the time.

The fact that Wiper didn't get his arm blown off shows how powerful he is. You can see that it still destroyed his arm. And those bandages he wraps his arm with is probably to prepare him for that impact from the Reject Dial. Any other person that used it would have probably gotten their arm torn off. The difference between an Impact and Reject Dial is like the kickback difference between a pistol and a shotgun
