There are three thing, mana magic poweré”力 maryoku and magic/spell. So pay attention to the sound of the words, when they say é”力 maryoku in the japanese dub, they're referring to magic power and not magic or mana. Mana is an important aspect of every mage that has ever lived, as it is their source of "magic power" 「é”力 maryokuã€, which is used to cast magic spells. This energy is naturally existing and flowing in the environment and within everyone. Due to this, it is common knowledge that everyone is able to use magic to some extent. Individuals born with strong affinity for mana and with exceptional magic power are said to be "loved by mana".

2023-04-20 17:18:22 +0000 UTCRewatching these early episodes again and Black Clover is truly the best at foreshadowing its actually insane. so many hints and future plot twists shown that you wont figure out until much later in the story. This arc is good but its just a set-up arc. I can't wait for you to see the true story arcs later on.
