Technically it wasn't takemichi ALL along since in the previous timelines he was just a clerk. He was only involved in hina's death in this latest future timeline

2023-01-08 00:32:22 +0000 UTCI might have misunderstood your commentary, but just to be clear, Takemichi wasn't behind Hina's death all along. If I remember correctly, we're now in the 3rd or 4th new timeline. This was the only timeline that Takemichi ordered Hina's death (albeit not knowing who the target was). In the timeline prior to this, Hanma or Kisaki ordered Akkun to ram the car, thinking that Hina + Takemichi were both in it. Prior to that, we don't know the specifics to her deaths (other than Naoto dying with her in the original timeline).
