Its based on the extinct dinosaur called Pachycephalosaurus. They defend and attack by using there head! So even if luffy uses haki on his head , you would assume Ulti headbutt should be stronger.

She's prolly one of the stronger Tobiroppo all things considered, at least middle-ranked or higher even, given Paypay & Sasuka or w/e that green haired chonky dude was called are relatively weaker than her at least. Also that flying squirrel kid doesn't seem that strong, I suppose a messenger/scout type Tobiroppo, so her/his (not sure cuz of the kid-y visuals & voice) raw power is obviously nowhere near the top, I suppose. I think the only ones of the Tobiroppo we don't rly know much about are Who's-Who and Black Mariah. Based on this not counting X Drake (cuz he's a mole as was shown w/ him being undercover agent for the Marines, in the same unit as Coby is rn (SWORD I think was mentioned during the convo between his report to keep the others updated on the happenings back when he let Law out of the cell?), so I won't count him as Tobiroppo even tho he is quite strong all things considered, because he isn't truly an enemy exactly, based on him releasing Law from the cell and all that), Ulti should be in like top 3 of the Tobiroppo at the very least, exact ranking pending if/when we find out about the 2 unknown abilities of the remaining 2 of the Tobiroppo

She primarily has 2 modes basically, which are most of her roles: Ojou-sama or the aggressive personality types (if you want someone who is aggressive yet also refined-ish voice wise, she is a solid choice all things considered). I gotta admit a huge chunk of her roles are the former kind more commonly (or somewhere between these 2 extremes) than not
