It has nothing to do with being able to read or not. Its a matter of being able to see it or not. I actually just saw her comment by accident because of a missclick otherwise I would have missed it... Not everyone here watches all her reactions or read all comments especially of animes u dont watch. You just cant expect to read something about Fairy Tail in a Noblesse comment section -.- Jamie plz dont post comments to other animes (realeases, news etc.) in other reactions but make a seperate post for it, thanks.
