The 3 Kaguyas from the inner council all represent a part of her personality. Ice Kaguya is the Kaguya that resulted from her strict upbringing. Fool Kaguya is Kaguya that is honest with her feelings for Shirogane. Child Kaguya represents her childish and innocent nature. And they skipped right at the end a scene, Fujiwara picked some flowers from the garden and bought an eraser as a gift for Shirogane right after xD
