What would another tier look like? (Top Tier)

Offering a tier to better manage and to offer requests, looks supporters send, and to offer a private l i # k I pay for (photo and Video) I've considered a final and fourth tier. I've thought about it for a while, and do not want to offer it if I don't think it is something I could deliver on. The remaining tiers would be the same.
or what would you like to see? any ideas on how that new tier would operate?
