If you can't play the TRF Rescue event + Dec update status

I figure most of you will be with family anyway on 25th so no point releasing it on that day and I can get in a bit more too. For those that aren't in the discord to see previews, the new game over will let you run around a new floor as a tiny for a bit and find out some lore if you choose to. If you haven't seen the animated small intestines yet then you can in the threads on GC/Eka's!
There have been a few people who get a black screen/non-loading section when they access the TRF Rescue event. Originally from the few people this has happened to, I thought it was based on the specs of their PC as their processors were really old. I've gone through a save file from someone where Chisana's had weird things happen like no sushi plates spawning etc to troubleshoot it.
It turns out if you used a cheat editor, that's the reason why you may be getting weird bugs and especially the TRF event not loading. When a new game is started, the TRF event loads fine so try that if you've been naughty and it should work, don't worry! I won't tell santa on you. Unfortunately it's out of my hands if you're using cheats, this specific editor that was used (and is one of the most if not the most common one) only loaded about 100 variables in the save file. I work on the game so much I've got close to 1000. So when the file is redownloaded, I'm guessing lots of things broke there too and it just corrupts later on far worse. If you weren't using a cheat editor, I'm guessing it is your PC's specs then :c But do try a brand new game and see if it works just in case it is your save somehow!
While I do have some anti-cheat measures in the game, they are *mostly* focused on protecting Patreon Reward Tier related (save crystals etc) so it's fair on people who have supported me extra. I don't have much to give extra supporters and I really don't want to lock events behind an extra paywall either because I'm not EA/Activision/Jagex/Bungie.
Tsumi battle pass confirmed. When it's released, you'll have to kill 100,000 tinies and slap me with a brick. Stay safe!

If it's a basic game like most then usually it's fine. But I use around 40 plugins and some of them alter how the pc handles it and requires better specs but I have no idea which ones. Some change the graphics settings etc, the 3D Tsumi Umi game is a good example but yea a lot of people haven't updated their study/work computers for 5 a long time or updated to Win10 by upgrading the hardware which doesn't leave much room for it.
