“So, uh, Silvia….Mary Jane Anderson. The kid. Another no-show?”
“Yeah I guess. When was her appointment?”
“Uhhh….2 o’clock.”
“And it’s 2:30?”
“Yeah.”
“Yeah.”
“She’s missed - what? Two appointments?”
“Yeah - it’s been almost four weeks since her last Product dose. Three is usually the longest they want to let someone go.”
“Wonder why? I hear she’s out looking for some brother of hers, yah? What happens if she doesn’t get her next dose? And her mom? Her mom was basically her hive, right?”
“Well, yeah, and I think there were some people where she worked. I dunno. Mom will probably start jonesing pretty hard. And I’ve heard bad stories about girls that go off Product too quickly. Mary Jane herself might start getting a little edgy.”
“Edgy? The girl was bonkers to begin with.”
“Alright, well we should call over to where she worked, see if anyone knows anything.”
“On it.”
“Okay, who’s next.”
“Uh…oh, haha. One of Melissa’s monkeys.”
“A dude? Sweet. In back, I’m guessing?”
“Yeah, let’s go.”

No good shall come of this, I assure you. I actually feel bad, not having more of either of them in the story recently. Each of them will reappear, have important roles, but they've just been offscreen (probably getting bigger...) waiting for their moment while everyone else is paying attention to the popular crowd. Thanks for your patience :)
