This was not an easy shoot... first of all, the make up artist was a "bit" late and the model only managed to arrive 1,5 hour in our shoot, so we basically had about 20 minutes to make pictures. It was quite unfortunate not because of the pressure on me, but it was her first time as well as a model and the first quarter hour is usually just warming up.
Nevertheless, the studio was pretty nice with natural light flowing through the big windows - the tricky part was combining the natural sunlight with some artificial light coming from studio strobes. On the last picture you can see how the pictures would look without the strobe - and to be honest, it's an awesome look, I just didn't want all my pictures in that style. After a bit of adjusting I have found the balance where the lamps fill out the shadows and give that polished studio look, without completely overpowering the sun and leaving some bring spots in the hair.
The studio is Madison in Budapest. I recommend them if you like shooting in semi-furnished studios. I usually dislike these kind of studios, they always feel very corny to me with the fake flowers and unrealistic decoration, but this is one of the better ones you can find.
