I love the “My Date With the President’s Daughter” shoutout. If you like that one, I think you’d also like “Model Behavior” and “Wish Upon A Star”

A film that was truly ahead of its time especially for a "children/family" film. We live in day and age that puts more focus on social political situations, yet many films today that try to portray those situation feel so artificial and fail to create a narration addressing this situations in a more entertaining yet educational way but this 25 year old DCOM managed to do it in a time where there wasn't as much focus on this kind of situations.

A Top 10 DCOM in my book! Atleast from the musical era, I grew up mostly in the musical era of DC post-HSM and I've seen many of older films (Zenon, HTown, Motocrossed, Brink, Color of Friendship, many more), but the musicals were my jam, and Lemonade Mouth is a great musical DCOM, with the relatable stories/characters and some banger songs!
Greg & Tara started the reaction trend for DCOMs on the channel, but if they won't continue with them, I hope Roxy and Andrew will do more, especially since they are DC kids but haven't seen any of the musical era films will make for perfect reactions!
