Workin' Late
Added 2024-03-10 16:43:19 +0000 UTCAdya was working late as usual, on a new type of "living substance" that was found in a meteorite that crashed to earth a couple days ago. 'Suppose more care should've been taken when working with something supposedly alive and known to be alien.
Adya was extremely intrigued by it, though, doing numerous tests and working late at night trying to figure out what it is exactly. She noticed it had been expanding, growing, even. As she was observing it, it started growing rapidly, more and more, until the small container it was in exploded, Adya had no time to react to it before it sprouted multiple tentacles of itself. wrapping itself around her and forcing itself inside of her.
To Adya, it was a shock, yet it felt pretty good. It slid down her throat with no trouble, shortly after she realised she was in no way panicking to breathe. This substance was in her lungs, somehow allowing them to function properly.
This was only the start of the process she'll go through to become something new. Something that will later be known as a Bane.
