Quick Update April 1 2025 (not a fool's day thing)

Hey folks,

My landlord has decided to sell the house I'm living in so the wife and I had to waste a bunch of time figuring out housing last week. They let the lease lapse and we were on month-to-month so they gave us the notice we were supposed to get. It's irritating but nothing nefarious or predatory. They have a good reason for needing to sell as well.

I probably should have moved as soon as they didn't get back to me about a new lease, but moving fucking sucks so I was riding it out. Also who has time to move? I do, apparently, regardless of whether I like it or not.

Anyway, this cut into writing time and we fell a bit behind but I'm working to get caught back up. Just wanted to keep you all in the loop.

In a few hours I'll post our first art commission poll. Chapter 261 will appear at some point within the next 10 hours, depending on when it gets an editing pass.
