Originally, it was going to be a mentor/student relationship with Kujo teaching him how to do their postal service job. But I never actually made the boy until now and, for obvious reasons, he's instead a little brother playing dress up thinking they're going trick-or-treating.
He probably should have known that wasn't the case. They haven't went trick-or-treating since they were pre-teens. They're in their 20s now. How naive.
