5.3 - Public Release Tomorrow!

Greeting everyone!

I just wanted to drop in and give a short update today as work on 5.3.2 continues moving steadily.

5.3.2 Status Update

Patrons have already gotten a taste of the new conversation and exploration systems, and everyone will be able to get their hands on it tomorrow. Work continues to expand those systems to cover all locations and coworkers, and parts of that will go towards cleaning up some of Chapter 2's story flow as well. These, along with patron-submitted events, comprise the final pieces of the 5.3 update cycle before work on 5.4 (Sophie's update) can begin!

At the current pace of content, and looking at what's left to be done, I'm expecting to have 5.3.2 release around early-mid July. As always, I'll keep everyone posted regularly.

5.3.1 Public Release

I'm expecting to have the public release for update 5.3.1 posted at all the usual locations early tomorrow morning, around 7:00am PST or so. This update addresses several glaring issues from 5.3.0 as well as adding some new minor content.

Back End Maintenance

Also with the public release of 5.3.1, I will be archiving all of the older image packs and game files. Once complete, only Image Pack Base 7, Image Pack Update 7, and the local version of The Company 5.3.1 will be available to download. This shouldn't affect anyone, however it's something to keep in mind should anyone go looking through old posts for download links.

Front End Maintenance

For those who haven't noticed, I've rebuilt the front page of The Company's Patreon with a better layout, accessible local download links, and a Q&A section. At the bottom, you'll also find a list of all current cheats in the game!
