Queen Hilary Duff would never be homophobic! She actually ended homophobia in 2008 when she did a commercial for the AdCouncil telling people to stop calling things they don't like gay. She destroyed two girls by saying "what if everytime we thought something was bad, we said 'that's so - wearing a skirt as a top?'". Those girls haven't been heard from since but it's rumored they went into hiding after Hilary snatched their wigs.

As I got older I just assumed it was because he felt betrayed that his private messages had been leaked when he hadn’t even told his dad how he felt and suspected Sam of giving the girls access or something. But they just didn’t say anything or flesh that out more 🙄 Also I just loved this reaction (chaotic drink switching and all) and Benji knowing all the lines and singing Hannah Montana at the end was too relatable.
