Rewatching these movies made me realize it shares a lot of themes with the Netflix show Shahmaran ("normal" girl thrust into a world of supernatural beings; one dominant rich family with a [very attractive] son who tries to resist the allure of said girl; a group of these supernatural beings opposing said union). Shahmaran is like if Twilight was better written/acted/designed, Bella had a personality, and Edward was some reluctant snake messiah (based on the legends of Shahmaran). I highly recommend it. Everyone is gorgeous in a very realistic way (it's a bisexual's dream come true) and the characters are so complex. It is a Turkish drama so I guess it's not as well known, but it's currently my favorite show of all time. I love the set design and atmosphere, everything having a purpose. It would be good to watch either here or just in your free time.
