Openvore v0.31 beta

New map is to the right of the forest. So, the ray will cost 500. For beta purposes, you don't need to buy it yet. Just click 'use item' on anyone you have introduced yourself to. It affects a few mechanics so I'm expecting bugs. Only OV for now. I haven't written macro/micro specific disposal or conversations for when you're roaming with micro prey.

P.S. the new npc's friendship meter is bugged. She won't remember relation chances once you exit the conversation.
Next I'm either going to do the UB holding thing, or maybe more options as a shrinker pred or both.

For next update, I've added in a switch to disable music on the options map.
