October - Chibi Character poll

I have brought up having the 2nd spot rotate between the two categories of Full and Game with that one being chosen by the Artists. That way some of the mid range vote getters may actually get produced instead of constantly getting shuffled back by the flavor of the month etc.

Ya'll need to pay closer attention to the theme of the month. No one wants to print a Halloween themed Doom Slayer. Try to make more appropriate character suggestions in the future.

Or at least some wildcard... Like, in a category that gets two choices decide the first one based on popular vote and use some other method to determine the second one. It's really disheartening to see the same type of stuff win every month.
