Added 2023-10-04 18:30:01 +0000 UTCQuick health update! I've been prescribed antibiotics for a sinus infection I was diagnosed with. Alongside the antibiotics, I've been using a saline nasal spray, although I haven't noticed much difference from it. Nonetheless, I'm feeling significantly better now and can resume my regular activities! It's been a while since I could enjoy simple things like going to the gym or taking my walks, so I'm eager to get back into those routines. I hope you all enjoyed this update, and I apologize for the slight delay. I'm currently preparing for a cross-country trip for work, and I tend to feel a bit tired after coming home from work. My goal is to have audio recordings prepared for the entire month of November by the end of this month because I'll be away for most of November. (til 27th) But I hope you all will enjoy this audio!
