2025 CALENDAR UPDATE (if you missed it)

I’ll be honest, I’ve been putting off this post a little too long. I appreciate the hundreds of messages I got asking about the calendar and I’m sorry I couldn’t respond to everyone. Hope everyone can see this post who inquired.

It’s been difficult for me to put this into words but I know y’all have been wanting to see more from me.

I have decided to take a break from My Painted Ladies Calendar this year. I will absolutely still be shooting more Painted Ladies and bike shoots in 2025. I will have a bunch of new shoots for the 2026 Calendar!

As many of you know I’ve had an absolutely soul crushing year. I’ve never experienced so much heartache and trauma. I’ve had to fight so hard not to lose myself and my dreams and to stay motivated and push myself.

I had to put my personal work on hold while and I went into survival mode. Hustling my ass off to care for my dogs, my home, my health. I didn’t get to shoot as much as I wanted and was fighting some burn out from doing the small Biz hustle/struggle for a decade.

If there is one thing I learned with my series is you can’t force it if you aren’t feeling it. As an artist you can only push so hard before you are your own worst enemy. This year was the first time I ever doubted myself and it’s been wild to navigate those feelings. I’m really proud of my resilience and how far I’ve come!

I will be shooting my 40th Painted Lady in the next couple months. I have a bunch of others planned. This year will feel lighter and I’m ready to focus on myself, my art, and my PEACE 🖤

I’m forever grateful for everyone’s love and support all these years. Especially all my fans and customers who hung with me through this challenging year. I’m excited for what is to come! My biggest goal is to shoot and travel as much as possible ! Love you all! ✨🖤🌅
