I just wanted to mention that I've changed the top tier from (Queen bee) to (Superfan). My thought process is as follows. Having written stories on here for almost two years, while trying to juggle my rather stressful full-time job. I thought I'd try something different.
If I'm being honest, I'd hoped that by now, I would be making enough income to quit and focus on writing. I figured that if I put in the work up front, I'd get the time back eventually. As you can imagine doing eighteen-hour days and working most of the weekend gets exhausting.
So, the new tier is a way for people (If they can afford it and, of course, want to) to show their support. There are no extra benefits except helping me get one step closer to my dream.
If we get there, I'll be able to spend a lot more time coming up with new story ideas. Researching and trying out new illustration techniques. Be able to post story updates more frequently. And perhaps have some sort of a social life too : )
Anyway, if you've read this far, thank you, and I hope this doesn't come across in a way I didn't intend it to. It's just an idea I wanted to highlight for people who might be interested.
