The two androids, Witch and Sister, are locked in a cycle of Witch catering to Rebecca's every whim, and Sister trying to somehow keep her health in check. Rebecca goes from fat, to obese, to barely, then fully immobile, her general health suffering at each stage Prompt 2 Tae Takemi is doing routine checkups on three of her regular patients: Anne, Makoto and Futaba. Anne is the “healthiest”, still able to waddle into the office unaided, though she is still suffering. Makoto needs a walker to assist her, and is suffering from a popped knee, as well as pre diabetes. Futaba necessitates a home visit, being a fully immobile blob, needing an oxygen tank and a laundry list of pills to manage her failing body. Tae assures them that they're all perfectly healthy. She's also gotten bigger, about 350lbs, and treats herself to a big bang after her days work

But the machine starts to make too much (and too delicious!) food, causing the two idols to bloat up into orb-shaped fatties overtime. Can they still preform their Idol duties as balls of fat? Prompt 2: Blueberry, Gas / Kobayashi's Dragon Maid Annoyed that Kobayashi won't eat her dragon tail, Tohru plots to have Kobayashi drink her milk instead. Afraid her mistress will catch on, she uses a spell to have her breasts instead produce blueberry juice. Though her plan works, she soon finds that the combined dragon milk and blueberry spell (and her dragon-lactose intolerance) are causing Kobayashi to swell up into a giant gassy blueberry. Worse yet, breathing in the gas causes the maid to puff up herself. Eventually, Lucoa comes by to find the apartment filled with two room-sized blueberries, the air replaced with fermented blueberry farts, and her skin turning blue.

Giving out on a shift due to a cardiac event, she gives in to the tender care and lets Tohru treat her.

Lara Croft is tasked by a hugely obese business woman to hunt down the ancient idol of Bo'ar, that her families bloodline has long been cursed by, she believes she can finally break the curse with science. Lara manages to find it easily enough but being in it's presence for the return trip causes her to experience strange sensations and urges, not least of which is an increase in gas and weight, as visions of an ancient Boar goddess appear before her each time she stuffs her face. By the time she returns the idol to the business woman, she's even fatter and filthier than she is, now fully embracing the lifestyle of Bo'ar, the idol transforms her and the woman, the two unable to resist one anothers new sow like appearances. Prompt 2 - A succubus has her work cut out for her when her target, a female fitness instructor, drunkenly reveals her fetish for 600+ pounds barely mobile gassy sweat drenched slobs. She decides to enroll in her private one to one sessions and see how big she really "has" to get to see if that's true (spoilers it's much fatter than 600)

Makoto of course is on the fast track to becoming too big for the hospital and even more of a health disaster. Sae's problems are getting worse as well. She becomes more exhausted from the most menial tasks, takes days off of work and becomes lazy, her gas has gotten really bad and her hygiene even worse.
