Sinus Opening Steam Herbal Blend

Sinus Opening Steam Herbal Blend

Good afternoon moon babes! The other day Dylan started sneezing and felt a bit like a cold was coming on, a few hours later he had some sinus pressure and I told him to sit down to offer him some relief. I immediately got to putting a herbal steam blend for him together that he can sit and let the steam heal him up. He said he felt relief within 5 minutes and we did this one more time before he went to bed and he was good the next day!

This reminded me when I had a sinus infection a few years ago and shared with you a recipe for that! However if you are not the one that is sick / want to perform this for someone and you are not physically near them you can use these herbs on a white or blue body candle dressed in healing oil and the herbs below.

Herbs Needed:

Peppermint

Thime

Marshmallow Root

Mullein

Eucalyptus

Ginger Root

Oregano

Elderberry

If you are the one sick / you are making this for someone: Grab your herbs, a clean blessed pot (If you are sick and low spoon you can run the pot under the sink faucet and pray that the water strips the tools of any stagnant or negative energy and let the water carry that energy far away from your home. From there you can put water into your pot - fill your pot up with water at least halfway and then begin adding your herbs.

If you have the spoons for it pray over each herb before adding them into your water and stir continuously while the water comes to a boil. You want to let this boil for 5 minutes, then grab some oven mitts and a large towel or blanket. Set an oven mit down on your table or counter and place the pot with your herbal blend down, if you do not trust yourself not to burn yourself on the pot transfer the herbal steam blend with the water into another bowl. From here sit down with your towel over your head and over the steaming pot and inhale, please make sure you aren't close enough to burn yourself on the pot or that the steam isn't super hot and you don't burn yourself from anything.

Stay under there for as long as you can or at least 5 minutes, when I was sick last year I stayed for around 10 minutes or until the steam wasn't as steamy anymore.

Let me know if any of you guys try this out and what kind of spells you want to see this month and next….Heheh

LOVE YOU

XOXO Anastasia
