Pomegranate Spiritual Properties + Health Regeneration Spell

Good morning moon babes! Happy Wednesday today I wanted to share a Health regeneration spell I created with you all, this spell utilizes a fruit I love and adore to both eat and use in spell work… pomegranates!!! We had a pomegranate tea spell a few months back that I still adore casting every once and a while and this spell is great for after I have a cold/sickness/ flare up. It focuses on restoring, regenerating, healing, and adding more vigor back into your aura and life.

While this spell doesn't have many herbal components I wouldn't call this a ‘one’ herb spell like some of my other low spoon spells, this ritual has a lot of candles and energy that has to be poured into it, take that into consideration when you are planning on when to do this spell!

Things You’ll Need:

-Pomegranate seeds (dried) or the actual fruit, remove the seeds from the fruit, use the juice surrounding the seed to wash your hands with and save the seeds for the candles.

-2 white chime candles

-2 purple chime candles

-2 blue chime candles

-1 black chime candle

-1 gold chime candle

-Fire proof dish

-Cleansing tool / incense/ cleansing bundle/ bells/ your preference

-Holy water

-Lavender water

-Healing angel spell oil

Candle breakdowns (The WHY behind me choosing those)

White for healing and ancestors, purple for spiritual insight and growth, allowing spirit to aid in your regeneration of health, the blue is for overall health, black for your protection, and gold for vigor, victory, and to attract that health and healing energy towards you.

How To Cast:

Begin by cleansing your space as I always instruct from back to front fully moving out of your front door to sweep the old stagnant energy out. Because we are working on your health and regeneration, take some time to collect all of your physical trash in your home, take all the trash bins out and quickly run through your fridge to throw out any old or expired food. I don't know why before this kind of spell or health spell I was ALWAYS led to do this after spiritually cleansing my home, making sure my body is set up to continue to consume good healthy food and all trash removed from the home. Allowing fresh beautiful energy to flow and reside within it now.

Next, spiritually cleanse your hands with the holy water over your sink, visualizing that the holy water is blessing you fully, not just your hands. Then grab your lavender spray/ cologne (if you do not have this you can totally create your own lavender cologne by filling a jar with dried lavender and pouring your alcohol of choice over it, I personally prefer white liquor for lavender. Let sit to combine while shaking once every day for a minimum of 2 weeks. Strain then you may use!) Wash your hands with the lavender cologne to bring a light beautiful energy to your aura, it offers purification, healing, and a calm tranquil energy.

Once your space and self is prepared for the spell, gather all of your tools and bring them to your altar or wherever you are going to cast this ritual and light the appropriate candles on your altar to call your spirits in. (This might be deities, personal candles, ancestors ect. Take this time to lay them offerings if you would like to, making sure any spirit you do bring in gets adequate offerings.) Then begin prepping your ritual items one by one. If you would like to play music, meditate ground and center bringing your energy prior to doing this.

To prepare your candles take them all with your fireproof dish and spray / anoint each candle with holy water first, then the lavender cologne. This will purify and then later ‘baptize’ the candle in your name and aura deepening the connection to you and the ritual. Once each candle has been prepped with the holy water and cologne, take any etching tool of your liking and etch your full name onto each candle.

On the blue candles etch whatever health sigils, runes, symbols, or even recite a psalm or personal prayer of health over them. For the Purple do the same with your full name, etching an eye into the tip of the candle closest to where you will light the flame. Think of a third eye or however you wish to depict that on your candle. Leave the white candle with just your name on it, the black candle add a family protection symbol if you have one. (If you do not we can address making one later, I LOVEEE creating family sigils for different energies so we can do that next week!) Or a protection rune onto it. For the Gold along with your name etch a spiral into your candle at the base, closest to where you will be attaching the candle onto the fireproof base. The spiral here will draw in and draw closer energy for your spell.

Once all candles are prepped, they have the appropriate things etched into them. You can dress them all with the same two items while pushing your intent into them. Willing restorative, regenerative, healing energy into your ritual. Draw the energy from the elements we've brought in along with your ancestors and highest good, make sure you are not just using your own energy. Dress the candles with the Healing Angel’s Spell Oil and then your pomegranate seeds.

Witches Notes:

In reality the seeds might not stick so well, if you have a grinder, mortar and pestle, or molcajete grind half of your pomegranate seeds down, add your oil onto your candles then the powder onto the candles. The seeds onto the base fireproof dish.

Back To The Ritual:

Once your candles are dressed with oil and your seeds or seed powder attach the candles to your fireproof dish. The method of placing them down can be however you'd like, you can keep the similar colors together or space them all out, totally up to you and how spirit leads you. Once all candles are attached, take the pomegranate seeds between your hands and pray over them, this can be up to you to what prayers you wish to recite. We have a couple health ones on here you can reuse for this ritual and candles. If you utilize the bible Psalm 9 and Psalm 103:3 are amazing for this.

Scatter the seeds onto the bottom of the dish below your candles and as you are lighting the candles pray over them 6 times. Making sure to stay in the same room with your ritual to monitor and push more energy and intent as it burns.

After praying over your candles, lighting them, and letting them burn down fully if you wish to read the wax you can do so. If not dispose of your spell, wash your hands again with the holy water and go on with your day/night!
