Protection Candle

Good afternoon moon babes! Happy saturday, today I was on livestream doing Samhain mystery bracelet stacks and we brought up todays Pateon spell breakdown. I like working protection spells on saturday’s and knew I wanted to share a protection working, I asked everyone on live what they preferred to see and another candle spell won! I wanted to put together a chime candle working that wouldn't take too much time out of your day to have burn down, but also is very good at putting boundaries in place and strong protective energy.

THINGS YOU’LL NEED:

-Star anise, protection, transformation,

-Milk thistle - Dispelling evil, perseverance

-Sandalwood - protection immortality, and raises the energy in a space

-Gardenia - protection, peace

-7 drops of Fiery wall of protection oil

-Black Pepper - boundaries and protection in this spell

-Chilly Flakes - to heat things up, add uncomfortable fire underneath something if they get close to your boundaries were setting.

-Plantain - protection, my ancestors also just love this herb.

-Peppermint - protection, abundance in protection for this, energize the spell.

-Rue - uncrossing, protection, luck.

-Dill- protection against evil eye, luck, abundance in protection, shielding.

Donquia root - Evil eye protection, women’s strength, protection, children’s protection, hex breaker,

-Echinacea - for enforcing boundaries

-Mistletoe - Protection, healing, banishing,  nightmare protection

-Red clover - protection and success

-3 black chime candles

-2 red chime candles

-Holy water

-Protection oil, frankincense oil would work, and for those of you who might have that exclusive baneful protection oil I sent out as samples a bit ago - that is PERFECT here.

-Fire proof dish

-Cleansing tools of your choice

HOW TO CAST:

Prepare your space as you normally would, cleansing back to front spiritually. If you have time to spend 5 minutes physically cleaning any mess or clutter do so before casting this as well.

Etch your name or everyone who lives in your homes names on the black candles, and watch protection and success sigils or symbols on the red candles. Bless the candles with holy water and then add three drops of indigo water. Anoint the red candles with the fiery wall of protection oil, and the black candles with the baneful protection oils. If you do not have this frankincense oils on the black candles.

The herbal blend I like to prepare in a large bowl, adding the activated herbs and 5 drops of each oil into the mix and combining it together with my hands, praying over the mix the entire time. Envisioning my home or whatever space i'm protecting and adding protective boundaries literally having physical items in the way, protective shields, walls ect up. I then offer a small bowl of these herbs to my ancestors both in their burning candle and the bowl itself, that stays on the altar until next saturday.

Once your herbs are ready, prayed over, and activated dress both the black and red candles with the blend, attaching them to your fireproof dish then dressing the bottom of the dish with a light layer of your herbal mix. As you light your candles chant the spell below 3 times.

SPELL

Strong, bold, clearly mapped out, my protections and boundaries stand untouched.

Firm, my fortress stands forcefully shielded in all realms,

As energy of any kind approaches that has not been invited may they feel the consequences that await them

May they temper their actions, retreating backward immediately, As there will be consequences if those boundaries are pressed.

I thank my spirits - ancestors - deities for aiding in the protection of my space and energy.
