Venus Day Full Eclipse Moon / Self Love / Transformation / Acceptance Spell Breakdown - 3 Days Worth Of Spells

Good morning moon babes! I hope this full moon treated you all well and if you did workings or rituals that are manifesting with speed! Today I wanted to share the self love/acceptance/transformation enchantment and spell I did for the Eclipse full moon.

I did this spell in steps, and while I am writing this the final step to the spell has not happened yet, but I will explain my steps and thought process of this working as best as I can.I knew immediately I wanted to make this centered around water, truly my whole craft is around my ancestors and water. They go hand and hand for me, so when it was thursday night I kept the next 3 days in mind while I drifted to bed. I prayed to my ancestors to show me anything that I might need to spark inspiration for this spell.

I talked about this very briefly on tiktok about how I often dream of myself doing work from different angles, I see myself with certain ancestors around me. Sometimes they are watching while drinking tea or flipping through a book, while other times they will walk up to me in the dream and guide my hands towards one element or another, helping me with the working. For a while I would wake up and not do anything about the dreams, they brought me peace seeing my ancestors in that way, and I often felt like the spells looked very elaborate with sigils I have not seen before. (watch my video on how to create sigils!) I have gotten a reading prior where someone pointed out that those spells and rituals were actually happening with my ancestors, that I was doing that with them and not just in the dreamstate, and that I would not need to then wake up and perform them again. For a while this explained why I would wake up super tired like I had been truly casting or doing fun things all night.

Personally differentiating between rituals my ancestors were showing me that were not to be repeated the next day vs. the spells they were guiding me though and were inspiration for workings I was supposed to figure out and cast took a few tries and failed rituals, btu that's all part of the fun. So now, when I want inspiration for a spell that might be of my highest good I go to bed with those intentions. LONGG -sorry- leadup to how most of my venus day spells come to be. I saw myself doing a snippet of this spell in my dreams a few weeks ago and wasn't sure the intention behind the spell. All I saw was my hands (I specifically saw a clip of a video I actually filmed in the dream, giving dejavu) and knew I needed to figure the spell out in real life. My hands were clipping and water propagating a pretty silk philodendron plant and putting it in a glass vase and using the plant and its spirit as the base and energy point of my spell. I figured when I woke up that I kept the plant in my dreams and allowed it to grow and propagate, carrying on the energy and building “roots” as the roots grow on the plant. Rooting my spell (this is v hoodoo for those that havent heard of people burying or allowing roots to grow thorough or over workings.)

When I woke up I began thinking about the rest of the ritual, what I wanted the intentions to be, what elements I wanted to use, how I wanted to manifest this, and if I wanted physical items/ enchantments/ spell jars/ ect. The first step I took was taking a spiritual bath on Friday morning. A Combo of a “white bath” and a blend that I like to do that keeps me in tune with my ancestors. I prepped this bath in the morning, soaked in it for about 20 minutes, pat dried and then put on coco butter with grounding oil, aphrodite oil, and this May full moon ritual oil.

Full Moon Ritual Prep Bath:

-Florida water

-Eyes wide open oil

-May full moon oil - Moon oil

-Cascarilla

-Holy Water

-Camphor powder

-Jasmine flower

After the bath it was time for me to go to work, where the next portion of the ritual would take place. I decided in the bath I would do 3 days of ritual baths and wanted to enchant one item. For the ritual bath I would make and spell a herbal mix that I would take for 2 days, and enchant a piece of jewelry.

It took me walking around my office a few times allowing spirit to show me items they wanted me to use to flow through the rest of the ritual prep.

I like enchanting items for the shop on friday so you guys can receive some juicy items so we did a poll to see what everyone wanted and we picked the pearl bracelets to enchant today! Some of my co witches brought jewelry items for me enchant for them as well. The pearl bracelets are up on the website both spelled and some that were not involved in this ritual.

Herbs - Items Needed:

-White and pink scallops

-Tangerine - for vitality, purity, and juiciness

-Pink roses - for self love and allure

-Sunflowers - for vitality, sun energy, bright personal energy

-Smokey quarts - I used tumbles and a large raw - this is to bring in protected abundance and support the change.

-Philodendron plant - this is a plant of love, truly the energy is so stunning and even the leaves look like little hearts.

-Conch shells - these can be broken down or full ones, I used 5 for Aphrodite’s representation.

-Pink amethyst, I used 2 towers

-Scissors

-Coconut Spray

-Lotus Spray

-Glass jar/vase for plant cuttings

-Fresh water

-Petition paper

-Incense for love or transformation - I used goddess and a clove incense

-May Full moon oil or moon oil

-Larger bowl to hold whole spell, or plate

-Bowl for your herbal blend

-Spiritual Cologne for support in change- This is another spiritual cologne recipe I make for spellwork, and can show you guys the recipe/how to if you would like in the upcoming weeks. You can create your own for this ritual, or simply substitute for moon water or blessed water.

-Black pepper

WHY?

I always get funny comments about me balancing shells on crystals/ anything and how they never understand how I get them to balance and then add all the other items on top haha. I got you, the reason you see me always creating levels to my spellwork is truly because I believe in respecting the spirits or elements I Work with and always want to be elevating them. So if I can create some sort of higher level for the “middle” point of the working I do. This “middle” point will help center and gather the energy of the working and normally is my main item I am working on or the main energy point. This is where I utilized the philodendron and where I immediately was drawn to place my tether, my roots to the spell - my water propagation that I would have moving forward through this ritual. Once I chose that as my centerpoint I worked out, knowing I wanted to use my spiritual cologne I had made and I also found a ton of smokey quartz tumbles I knew I could create my “beach” scene. I do a lot of rituals.

The “beach scene” needs explanation, and guys i'm sorry if I am jumping around all over with this one, however building spells in my mind is hectic. I want to try and explain more of the why behind my thought process and energy manipulation. Soo- the “beach scene” is always a bowl, some sort of crystal blend to boost the energy and intentions behind the spell, and a spiritual cologne I create for that spell. For me this process is both an offering to the spirit through the creation of the cologne, and brings the energy of the ocean into the working. It creates levels and layers of energy into your spell that I truly feel like boost the overall speed and potency of the spell. If you are not into water you can do this with herbs, fire layers (safley) with different tiers of candles ect.

You could stop here and not blend up herbs for the item you want to enchant, or continue on and use more elements. I personally feel like the more elements and spirits of each element you utilize in spellwork, the less of your own personal energy you have to use. If you venerate and activate herbs and elements properly you can utilize the energy and their spirit to aid in your working, boosting the other elements and spirits you have brought in.

How To Cast:

Cleanse your space, your self, altar, and tools prior to casting. You will be spiritually cleansed from the morning bath, gather all of your tools and go to your altar or wherever you are doing this portion of the ritual. You do not have to do this in the same steps as me, do whatever feels right in your practice and remember you can 100000% alter the items used in this ritual. Make it something you love! Protect yourself/spell as you see fit, call any spirits or ancestors you’d like down - if any and begin.

I begin by laying offerings to my spirits, offering some of the spiritual cologne in a cup, incense, and a flame then will begin with the rest of the ritual. I personally like to create a circle of elements first, this is the initial energy of the spell down and begins raising energy up. I wanted to drill down on the main elements of this ritual and the whole intention behind creating and casting it, that being the self love, acceptance, and transformation. To do that I focus firstly on the fresh sunflowers and pink roses. I use them in increments of 5 to represent Aphrodite.  Cut any excess stems off and placed the flowers in a circle, going clockwise. With every flower placed down do so with intention and prayer. You can set the stems aside and use the thors in protections and love protection spells later on.

Next gather your pink amethyst and activate it to aid in more grace, personal understanding, self love. I place the towers pointing into the middle of the circle to continue to boost the rituals power and drawing more energy into the spell. Do this going clockwise to continue drawing this energy into you. I then will spray the circle 5 times with coconut spray and pray with my ancestors.

Now it is time to make your herbal blend, I do this by placing a bowl or plate in the middle of the flower circle. ( Sorry to keep repeating this - ) This will further charge and activate your herbs for this ritual, activating them with your personal energy prior to placing them onto the plate then adding it to the collective raised energy of your spell is trulyyy so juicy. Spend time with each and every herb you are adding to the bowl/plate, praying with each herb, and activate each herb for your intended use and willed outcome. After placing all of the herbs into your bowl/plate spend some time pushing energy into your herbs and slowly combine them together. I prefer doing this with my hands so I can feel the energy and spirit of these herbs, continuing to spell and enchant them as I stir them together. Once you feel your herbs are ready set that to one side of your circle, then grab your petition paper, pen, and moon/ adoration oil.

Prepare your petition paper by ripping all man made edges off of your paper,  you want to do so while turning the paper in a clockwise motion (rip one edge off, turn clockwise, rip another edge off turn clockwise ect.) Next add 5 dots of each of your spell oils onto the corners and sides of your petition paper and rub the oil into the paper, being mindful and using your intention with every step. Next write your petition, once done fold towards you and place it in the middle of your herbal mix. Keep your herbal mix and petition to the side of your flower circle but still inside of it.

The next element we are going to work on for this ritual is the “root” aspect, our philodendron plant! This is truly such an amazing plant, I went to an apothecary once where the clerk told me it was the, “Love plant, touched by Aphrodite herself!” when I asked for more information the guy laughed and said he wasn't sure why but they always referred to them like that around the shop and it was an, “old wives tale.” Upon a quick google search I found it was in fact true in being a plant of love, and sense that moment I have adored having them around my home and shop. These plants can be found at most lowes for under $20, and they are fairly simple plants to keep happy, especially in water! With all that being said, the plant has been sitting just outside of my flower circle and ritual space and has now been prepared for the ritual, I explained above about the “beach scene” we are moving on to create this now! For this I use a large bowl, my smokey quartz tumbles, shell, small vase, and plant. I drew my sigil on the floor for this spell, then placed the large glass bowl down, slowly adding in 5 smokey quartz tumbles at a time, asking them to aid in the blessing of this ritual. Then once the bowl is filled to my liking I will add the shell/ item my vase will perch on top of. Place your vase in the middle of your smokey quartz bowl and either pour moon water or spiritual cologne over the crystals. (I created a specific spiritual cologne for this ritual.)  Grabbing your incense to wrap around the circle 5 times, then place it back down. Next you want to grab your scissors, thank your plant for allowing you to clip a piece of its precious leaves and vines. Pray with your plant that as it begins to root into the water that your spell gain stronger and more rooted into you personally. Clip the plant and place in your vase, pour fresh filtered moon water into the vase accordingly and leave in the middle of the flower circle.

The next step in this ritual is the jewelry enchantment, so I grabbed one of each scallop and placed them into the flower circle, followed by a pinch of the herbal blend you just spelled and had your petition in. (If you have several items you want to enchant, use several scallops/ dishes/shells and herbs in each shell. Or you can use one large plate with the herbs placed on the bottom and your items above if you do not want to use shells.) Once you have the herbs placed down, put your item you'd like to enchant on top of your herbs.

Once that is completed it is time to take your tangerine, bring it to your mouth like you were to eat it and whisper into the fruit. This can be whatever you'd like, prayers, gratitude, wishes, sweet thoughts, whatever you'd like but when you feel it is full of energy begin to peel your tangerine. You want this in 5 different pieces for you to place down in front of your pink amethyst, right at the point of your towers to point that energy and all of your words towards the middle of your working, that is now the plant propagation. Take 5 pieces of the tangerine and do the same, eating whatever is left over of the tangerine.

Lastly I placed 5 more hand picked conch shells that have been broken down by the ocean into the flower circle, the point pointing inwards to the center of my working. This is because I personally am truly connected with these shells, they represent strength, perseverance, being able to handle immense pressure and grain, and they still remain strong ans beautiful. That last element is truly such a spiritual push for me, finallty I will spray the work again with 5 spritz of lotus spray and a little alch ( the rootworkers get this hehe) and then allow to remain while 1-2 more incense burn through. I will then collect my items, save the herbs from my petition bowl with the petition and place that into a sachet for pt. 3 of this spell. (That is a herbal bath with the petition.) Cleanse the shells for further use, bring the spiritual cologne to the ocean to dispose, ground and cleanse my floors.
