Fresh Fruit / Herb Protection Bath - Fresh Uplifting Energy

Good afternoon moon abbes! Today I wanted to share another amazing and fresh herbal and fruit bath. This bath is for protection and bringing fresh and uplifting energy to your aura and spirit. I love doing this leading into a super busy work week or week where I know I am going to be seeing a lot of people and using a ton of personal energy up. This always gives me a “boost” of energy that lasts through the week and makes me feel amazing.

Items Needed:

-Blackberry

-Coconut water or milk

-Lime

-Lavender

-Honeysuckle

-Wormwood

-Moon water

-Chamomile oil

-Clove oil

-Rose Water

-Florida Water

-Cap full of holy water

-White flowers

-Hyssop

-Rue or rue water if you have it.

-A pot

-A cheesecloth or organza bag to strain out your herbs or contain your herbs for an infusion.

-Salt

How To Cast

- Cleanse your home, yourself, your tools, throw salt or Florida water down in your bath/shower to cleanse it prior to your bath, and wash your hands with some moon water and soap. I like boiling all of my herbs and citrus on the stovetop, pray over the blend, let cool, strain, then bring to my bath and start my ritual. However if you would like to just run a bath and add eac of these ingredients into the bathtub you can!

Witches Notes:

-Citrus can be harsh on skin if you have sensitivities, using the slightest amount of citrus works wonders for me and you still get the same essence and spirit into your ritual.

-If you do not want to boil and combine your herbal fruit mix prior to bathing you do not need to, you can add all of these ingredients straight into your bath or with an organza bag to make cleanup easier. Likewise if you have a shower you can add an organza bag filled with your mix and tie it to your showerhead so the water flows through that then to you, or make this mix on the stove top, strain and allow to cool, then pour over yourself in the shower.
