メンバーシップに登録して頂き、本当にありがとうございます。

Premium Planに加入して頂いているお客様に、重要なお知らせがございます。

今後リクエストを頂いた場合、その対象となるキャラクターが著しくマイナーであった場合、そのリクエストをお断りさせて頂く場合がある事とさせて頂きます。

変更理由

ここ数か月、当サイトを運営していくにあたって、私は大きな悩みを抱えておりました。

大変ありがたい事に、毎月多くのお客様が、有料プランに加入して下さっております。

しかしながら、その新規で加入して下さるお客様の多くが、翌月の更新を待たずにメンバーシップを解除しているという状況となっております。

こちらに関しましては、私の作品のクオリティが期待外れだったり、満足できる内容ではなかった等、様々な理由があるかと思いますので、仕方のない事だと思っております。

ただ、これからも当サイトの運営を続けていく上で、この状況はよろしくないとは感じております。

そこで、ここ数か月における、新規のお客様の定着率が低いという状況の解決策の一つとしまして、提供作品の厳選という措置が有効ではないかと考えました。

ここ数か月間、私が皆様に提供させて頂く作品の殆どが、Premium Planに加入して頂いているお客様から頂いたリクエストによる物となります。

例えば、5月中に私は23件の作品をご提供させて頂きましたが、そのうちの22件がリクエスト作品となっております。

そして、失礼かとは存じておりますが、言葉を選ばずに分かりやすく申し上げますと、著しくマイナーなキャラクターの作品も多かったと思っております。

Premium Planのお客様の立場になって考えた場合、とても有名なキャラクターの画像はpixiv等でいくらでも公開されているので、マイナーであったとしても自分の本当に好きなキャラクターをリクエストしたいという考えをお持ちだと思います。

私が仮に有料プランに加入してリクエストできる立場になったとしたら、私も同じようなリクエストをすると思います。

しかし、Premium Plan以外のお客様の立場になって考えた場合、有料プランに加入してみたものの、実際は自分の知らない or 好きではないキャラクターの作品ばかりだったとしたら、期待外れとお感じになるかと思います。

私がNormal PlanやArchive Planに加入している立場であったとしたら、間違いなく期待外れだと感じてしまい、有料プランの継続は見送ってしまうと思います。

もちろん、優れた作成者様であれば、どんなキャラクターであったとしても素晴らしい作品を提供し、多くの方に支持されるかと思いますので、それに至らないのは、私の力量不足が要因であるのは事実ではあります。

しかし、提供作品を厳選する事により、今よりも多くのお客様にご満足頂ける可能性が少しでも高まるのではないかと考えております。

また、著しくマイナーなキャラクターの作品の場合、そのキャラクターのAI資料が少なかったり、品質が低かったりして、作品のクオリティが低くなっているという点も気にはなっておりました。

著しくマイナーなキャラクターの作品は、多くのお客様に喜んで頂けるような魅力的な商品になる可能性が低いという点と、当サイトの価値を下げてしまう恐れがあるという点を考慮し、今回の措置を取らせて頂く事と致します。

せっかく頂いたリクエストにお応えできなくなるという可能性が、今後生まれてしまう件に関しましては、大変申し訳なく思っております。

しかしながら、ここ数か月間、この状況を打破しようと様々な策を講じた結果となりますので、ご理解頂けますと幸いです。

私がリクエストをお断りさせて頂く場合がある「著しくマイナーなキャラクター」という定義は難しいと思います。

たとえマイナーなキャラクターであっても、私が「このキャラクターだったら良い作品が提供できそう」と感じたらリクエストを承諾する場合もあると思いますので、リクエストする際には、とりあえずはご自身が本当に見たいキャラクターをご提示下さい。

リクエストをお断りさせて頂く場合もありますので、その際は別のキャラクターに変更をお願いする形とさせて頂きます。

Reason for change

Over the past few months, I have been having a big problem running this site.

Thankfully, many customers sign up for the paid plan every month.

However, many of these new customers cancel their membership without waiting for the next month's renewal.

There are probably various reasons for this, such as the quality of my works being disappointing or not satisfying, so I think it is unavoidable.

However, I feel that this situation is not good for continuing to run this site.

Therefore, I thought that one solution to the low retention rate of new customers over the past few months would be to carefully select the works I offer.

Over the past few months, most of the works I have provided to you have been requested by customers who have subscribed to the Premium Plan.

For example, in May I provided 23 works, of which 22 were requested works.

And, I know it may be rude, but to put it bluntly and clearly, I think that many of the works featured extremely minor characters.

If you think about it from the perspective of a Premium Plan customer, you probably want to request a character you really like, even if it is minor, because there are plenty of images of very famous characters available on sites like pixiv.

If I were in the position of a customer of the Premium Plan, I think I would make the same request.

However, if you think about it from the perspective of a customer other than the Premium Plan customer, if you subscribe to a paid plan only to find that all the works were of characters you don't know or don't like, you would probably feel disappointed.

If I were in the position of a customer of the Normal Plan or Archive Plan, I would definitely feel disappointed and would not renew my paid plan.

Of course, I believe that a good creator would be able to provide a great work for any character and be supported by many people, so it is true that my lack of ability is the reason why I have not been able to achieve this.

However, I think that by carefully selecting the works I provide, I may be able to increase the possibility of satisfying more customers than before.

I was also concerned that in the case of works of extremely minor characters, the quality of the works is low due to the lack of AI data for the character or the low quality.

I have taken this measure considering that works of extremely minor characters are unlikely to become attractive products that please many customers and that there is a risk of lowering the value of this site.

I am very sorry that there is a possibility that I will not be able to respond to the requests you have made.

However, this is the result of various measures taken over the past few months to overcome this situation, so I would appreciate your understanding.

I think it is difficult to define what constitutes a "very minor character" that would cause me to decline a request.

Even if the character is a minor one, I may accept your request if I feel that "this character would make a good work," so when making a request, please let me know the character you really want to see.

I may have to decline your request, in which case I will ask you to change to a different character.
