More Studies and the Importance of Volume
Added 2021-05-26 19:57:47 +0000 UTCHere are more daily studies, some of which I don't really like, but I don't feel strong frustration or negative emotions, even if I completely botch a study, simply because I do a lot of them. In that sense, a large volume of studies (and work generally) is probably one of the surest defenses against burnout or artist block. By value of just doing a lot, there comes a certain point when you're very unlikely to be swayed from doing a lot if a little goes wrong (like a single, or even many studies in a row). You could still burnout just by working too much, but there's a nice middle ground where you work enough to actually protect yourself against burnout.
