Alyssa had turned herself into a Progenitor some chapters back. After Larn died, we learned about the Progenitors really being Kyth'faren, making Alyssa a Kyth'faren since she had transmuted herself.

John is not much of a Progenitor either. Aside from being imbued with the Kyth'faren secrets he has systematically rejected the truly Progenitor parts of his heritage. It would make sense that Alyssa would only be Kyth'faren as John wouldn't want to pass on the negative aspects that differentiate the Progenitors from the Kyth.

OK before 128 is forgot and maybe this discussion got by me somewhere i don't keep up all the time but. was This a subtle hint that Alyssa is Kyth’faren...(blonde hair drawn back emphasized Alyssa’s graceful neck and also revealed the pointed tips of her Kyth’faren ears) plus the reference back when dad an son were gallivanting the Astral and it was mentioned that the Kyth’faren castle resembled the Home Alyssa built on her plain , that she may very well be Kyth’faren and not Progenitor

Or he could just not set a date and release when he feels like it. That way anyone who gets hung up on dates and have little concern that life sometimes gets in the way wouldn't have a leg to stand on. The pace of his writing is phenomenal. Especially when you consider the amount of content in each chapter.

Yes, NHS takes care of emergencies as well as longer term care. 999 is for life threatening emergencies. 111 is for when you are not sure what to do. They will guide you to the most appropriate care.

I for one really enjoy the story and the characters and rarely post any comments as i know that waiting for the next installment builds the excitement and the reason being for the delay is due to Tefler making sure the story is correct and up to the required standard we all expect and in some cases demand.

Not everybody is able to easily use Discord. Even with PLRus trying to help me I was not able to go through the steps you have to in order to use Discord. PLRus was on with me for at least 40 minutes and the system still would not allow me access. This is NOT a complaint just a fact. I think it was me or my system that is the problem ( I also found out I can't type fast enough to keep up anyway, I was being asked if I was still there. I was. ) So keep in mind that for some of us it is just easier to ask for info from Discord users than to get on Discord. Thank you.

Sorry for your loss Raymond. Having to pull the plug is the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. But it was what dad wanted. If you are still grieving....I finally wrote dad a letter, sobbing all the way through it...but it helped.

Actually my dad had sepsis and had a mild case of dementia. Took him to the hospital Jan 19 and because of the sepsis his dementia accelerated to the point he had Strokes and as patient advocate I had to pull the plug on him 1month later. Looked at this and it sounded too gloomy. But even though sepsis is very serious it can be routinely cured. You have thoughts and prayers Tefler

Yea my father in law had a run in with that. Thankfully for him they were able to have him on a iv of meds for a week. And get it under control, then a couple months of daily injections through a line he had to keep on at all times.

Sepsis requiring hospitalization is most often extremely serious. I hope your Mxm's is mostly precautionary.

I think Tefler wants to publish two chapters per month but realized two children are really four times the problems. Also since he hasn't written chapters ahead of time he is behind his own 8 ball. I spoke to other authors who have written ahead and they can edit them as they change their mind based on commentary. So patience my friends while he adjusts to his new normal.

Tefler is great at monthly deadlines. His plan to release on the 10th suggested an ambition to release three chapters in January (hence living up to his pitch of 3 chapters/month). Now that three chapters this month is impossible, he will be aiming for two, hence a release date of between 15-20 January for the first one - I don' t expect it sooner than that, but will be happy to be surprised!

Spin off in same universe - 16 years ago a research scientist in the Terran Eugenics program escapes with six toddlers. One red-headed girl she left on Karron. Three children are left together on (pick a colony world) raised by a shadowy underworld guardian. The children are one male and two females who have now turned 18. The girls have manifested psychic powers of persuasion and manipulation and the male develops powers of strength and a tech skills. Chapter 1 - used as tools by their quardian it's time to break away on their own.

Just binge listened to chapters 121 through 128 and wow! Can't wait for the next 75 chapters:) I've had no time to sit down and read so my solution was to download the @Voice app to my tablet and I listened to each chapter read aloud with bluetooth headphones. Since chapters are in Word format it's easy but I did have to do a search and replace on all asteriks with quotation marks. The app would say "asterik" each time one appeared but ignores quotation marks.

If the battle with Gahl is in John's galaxy, it would probably be in Maliri space so I am not sure that would be the safest place for them.

Timbo, the three Karron survivors are on the planet,(Valia's Gate?) that Governor Luce just left so she could attend the meeting.

Bearing in mind they are all very pro-Lion, if Invictus comes near any of them they are likely to hail John and try and download on him. Aren’t the trio John rescued from Karron somehow involved in all that, as well? I’m guessing John will have to share, in more depth, what’s going on, if they meet up. I’m sure he’ll hope that once they have a broader view of it all - and the fact that the Kirrix are now out of the picture for decades - they’ll hang on in there, but maybe he can do something with Lynette to make sure the outer colonies feel more empowered and represented at the centre.

So through 128 chapters based on my numbers above, that is an average of 25,687 per chapter. OUTSTANDING TEFLER!!. I will grant that I am an old man and could have transferred a wrong number here and there, but I will state I think it is damn close.

Useless information for ya'll. Based on a word count published on Lit for chapters 1 -125 and the word count from what we have received here for chapters 126, 127, & 128 the total word count is 3,287,550.
