1000 Patrons!

For some reason may is the last post I can see. I have read chapter 83 and now I can't get to the comments about it.

He has mentioned I believe that once a week is the goal I think. It also depends on donation caps I imagine. If he hits the caps of 50% of his patrons in 3 chapters, he might be better off holding onto a chapter for the next month. (if he would otherwise release it on the 28th or something.)

You could always make a larger contribution through Patreon and then reduce it after a chapter. Course, this mean Patreon gets a larger cut.

Was thinking about the raptors speed based on the distances Jade was estimated to travel from the text when she intercepted the small flotilla that arrived late. However one has to make some assumptions on the spatial relationships and tastes routes to get from one point to another. Assumptions I have made, Ashanath is approximately earth radius (6000 km, which can effectively be ignored for the sake of rounding); the main Battle is occurring in an orbit approximately similar to Earths moon (380,000 km). The battle group came in diametrically opposed to the main battle. Jade took 5 minutes to go from one side of the battle to the other in 5 minutes Given this, then Jade travelled 760,000 km in 5 minutes or 9.12 million km/hr (about 0.9% the speed of light). However even at this speed, it would take the raptor 471.5 hrs to go from the earth to neptune. Assuming jade could accelerate the raptor from launch to speed in 10 seconds she would be pulling something like 93,000 G. OMG that is smear city.

G-force is, basically, a unit. It's like you're asking, "are there meters in space?" A spacecraft pilot absolutely would need to worry about g-forces if he were accelerating rapidly. If you accelerate your ship at, say, thirty meters per second per second, you'll experience a force (from your chair) that's indistinguishable from gravity, three times as strong as on earth: three Gs. Too much gravity/acceleration, and your blood pressure isn't enough to keep oxygen flowing to your brain, and you pass out.

Yup! Halfway there! The real question will be answered after Tefler releases multiple chapters in a month and he sees what the drop-off is going to be from the first chapter to the second chapter to the third chapter. Tefler, please keep us informed as to your progress towards your actual goal of $1500 per chapter, rather than just for the first? It's not that we don't appreciate your quitting your job before achieving that goal, but we want to know how close you're actually getting towards that end!

It's just awesome to be part of this. Great to be part of a new era in erotic sci-fy literature. I also wanted to say something more about publishing. I get an occasional email promoting sales and deals on e books through the big e-publishers. We've talked here before about Amazon. I think now that it is imperative that Tef publishes there. Like the evil things in John's dreams, Tefs gonna be noticed. He's becoming more powerful! Maybe subconscious thoughts leaked out through your words. I have purchased (free to a few dollars) a few Sci-fi stories that are just awful. A story that is inconsistent from the beginning of a chapter to the end, ideas not fully formed, no editing that could be called that, word mis-use, poor spelling, etc. Truly makes me feel good about supporting Tef. Tef's work even when presented as "not final" is better than some or more of what is currently on the market. We need to push Tef to do this.
