For months, Iโve been struggling so much with my mental health and my break up with my boyfriend. I began hating myself and blaming myself for the relationship ending. I didnโt think this cycle would ever end, but thatโs when I discovered you channel and listening to audios like these always put me in tears๐ญ. Iโve felt that I couldnโt express how Iโm feeling since Iโve believed no one would want to hear me and and allow me to express without feeling that Iโm being a burden to them. Now, hearing Todorokiโs words, it just feels that someone is actually here and holding me and talking to me and trying their best to understand and help. People make mistakes all the time. Iโve learn now that I canโt change the past no matter how hard I try, I need to focus on making myself a better person and getting back my kindness since it was buried underneath so much hate for myself. This is one of the reasons I want to be a better person and one of the reasons I get up and have a smile on my face๐ so thank you Yato for bringing more light in my life^^๐
