I think it should be a separate liquid with a slight change to texture and description. you could add a minor wetness to any underwear, (moved aside) tights, and thighs.But it would be perfect for adding a squirt mechanic as a "sex crit" whenever you squirt you could soak most of your clothing, hair, floor, or the other person. If you squirt on a bystander or aggressor they could retaliate by ripping off clothing, stealing jewelry, spanking, forcing you into a diaper, etc. tattoos would also be great for this, like a "squirter" that guarantees on every orgasm, or a "lil Squirt" or "I can't hold it" which replaces it with pee for diaper/water-sports.
