The conditions are simply: no original characters, only some animes, and the profit goal for the next month is $500 instead of the usual $1500. Ideas must be flexible, and could possibly have a Halloween theme. I'll be picking commissions back on which are the most appealing. Each character will cost $60 (so 2 characters is $120).
